Regional Register of legal entities

Register of associations, foundations and other institutions of a private, operating in the areas of regional competence and whose purpose of exhaust within the region, acquire legal personality by recognizing specific, under dPR February 10, 2000, n. 361, registered in the Regional Register of legal persons. The recognition is arranged prior assessment of the purpose - which must be non-profit - the suitability of the capital base and financial resources necessary to achieve the statutory purposes. With the recognition entities acquire legal personality that involves perfect patrimonial autonomy that is the separation of the assets of the legal person and that of the individual.
