Compulsory Communication - Ending

The Compulsory Communications (CO) are the ones that all employers, public and private, must transmit when recruiting, extension, transformation and termination of labor relations and change of name of the companies. The CO system from 11 January 2008 connects all "Centri per l'impiego", "Province", "Regioni d'Italia" and the "Ministero del lavoro", in addition to other bodies - as INPS and INAIL. The new provisions were introduced by L. n. 296/2007 (Finance Law for 2007).
