In accordance with the article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, "Data Protection Code", the present document aims at describing the procedures to manage this portal and web sites connected to the project Open Data Lazio are described here below in relation to the processing of personal data of users.  

The responsible for the treatment of personal data

Following the consultation of these web sites, data relative to persons identified or identifiable can be treated. Regione Lazio and LAit S.p.A. are the authorities responsible for the treatment of these data: the first one pursuits purposes connected to the accomplishment of its institutional duties; the second one is designed to the management of regional information system and to the security of the information systems.

LAit has appointed internal responsible for treatment of data within the organization. The person concerned can have the updated list of all persons responsible by writing to LAit S.p.A. to the mail address listed at the end of this document.

Place of data treatment

All treatments connected to web service for this web site are located at Regione Lazio's headquarter and/or at LAit's headquarter. All data are treated only by technical staff or by personnel during maintenance works.  Data coming from the web service cannot be  communicated or spread, except for those cases required by law. Users' personal data can be used to carry out service or the specific operation and they are communicated to third parties only if necessary.

Type of data

• Browsing data
  Information systems and software procedures used to operate this Web Site acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols. It concerns information that is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their own very nature could, through the processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category ofdata includes IP addresses or domain name of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resources Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc…) and other parameters related to the operating system and the users. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the Site and to check its correct functioning and they are kept only for a sufficient time. Data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

  The optional, voluntary and explicit submission of the email address and/or the compilation of forms to the contact addresses given in this site will entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, in order for us to reply, and of any other personal data entered in any application or request form, or otherwise supplied by the site visitor or user. Any specific summary information will be displayed in the site pages dedicated to the requested services.

Apart from the above-described navigation data, users are free to provide personal information in the electronic request forms in website sections for specific requested services. Please also note that it may not be possible to process requests if this data is not provided

Processing procedures

Personal data is processed by means of automated equipment. It is processed only for the length of time required to fulfil the tasks for which the said data was collected. Regione Lazio or LAit S.p.A. are not responsible for damages that should occur to visitors/users because of errors or omission in contents of data, sites and apps produced or given by third parties and reported on the portal dati.regione.lazio.it.

Regione Lazio and LAit S.p.A. are not responsible for data produced by external source, for contents of sites and for functionalities of apps mentioned and linked into the pages of dati.regione.lazio.it portal. They do not have any responsibility for the eventual termination or modification of web site activity, for the updating and validity of data and functionality of apps and for any dispute – directly or indirectly – connected to web site contents and for damages that can occur.

Social networks

The external social networks on which a page and/or profile of "Open Data Lazio" (Facebook, Twitter etc…) is present, are subject to the relative contract conditions and information about the treatment of data of service providers, which should register all information about the activity performed.

Rights of data subject

Persons, whose personal data refer to, have the right, in every moment, to obtain confirmation about the existence or not of these data and to know contents and origin, to verify the accuracy or ask for an integration or updating, or a rectification (art. 7 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003). In accordance with this article, the person has the right to ask for the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the block of data in case of violation, as well as the right to oppose to their treatment for legitimate reasons.
